What to Expect in Columbia MD

Before Your First Visit

Once you schedule an appointment you will be emailed a confirmation as well as a link to complete your initial intake forms. You will also have the opportunity to provide any insurance information you would like us to have.

Your First Visit

After being welcomed to the practice, your doctor will obtain a detailed history of your condition, followed by a comprehensive examination. Based on that information, and your best interest, your doctor will decide whether you will benefit from any particular treatments on day one. Your doctor will decide if any imaging or other testing is necessary, and you will be provided with personalized home treatment recommendations to perform until your follow up visit.

Between Visit One and Two

During this time, your doctor will review all intake forms, health history and examination findings including any imaging that may have been performed. A diagnosis is determined, and if you are a good candidate for chiropractic care, a personalized treatment plan is developed.

Your Second Visit

Most patients will return for their follow up visit within 1-2 days. During this visit, your doctor will explain your condition in detail. Then you will discuss Your Treatment Plan, and any questions will be answered. Treatment is then initiated.

Once your treatment is complete for the day, you will be escorted to the reception area where one of our team members will review, in detail your insurance coverage and/or your financial responsibilities. Once this is done, the same team member will assist you in scheduling your appointments. This final step during visit two is handled with great care as we understand that finances and scheduling can be obstacles to receiving the care necessary to reach the desired outcomes. Our experienced team members will do everything we can to assist you.
